A state-licensed designer, Rick founded Orcas Sewage Design in 1980. Today he continues to seek out new, innovative strategies and cutting-edge wastewater treatment technologies to ensure that he offers you the best in septic design.
Rick also serves on the board of directors at the Washington Onsite Sewage Association.
